This full day (7 hours) course was created to bridge a gap in current trauma informed provision. Learning about trauma is great but really understanding and knowing how to respond to what happens within your own skin invites you to embody this very concept.
Once we identify our own experience and motivational drivers, we can improve our decision-making process and step into our authenticity.
